On the day of your session, you’ll arrive at our where you will find work stations stocked with all the ingredients and utensils you will need to assemble each dish on your list. Our experienced staff will give you an orientation, a fresh apron and an inventory sheet to remind you of your order.
After washing your hands, choose a station and just follow the simple instructions to assemble your first dish. Our recipes are a guideline which you are welcome to customize to suit your family’s taste. For the next hour or 2 you will workyour way through all the items on your list, and in 2 hours or less you will have acooler full of delectable dishes. Our friendly staff is always there to answer your questions, restock, and clean up.
We provide everything you need to make your pre-selected dishes. Each dish will be packaged in freezer-ready containers and labeled with cooking instructions. Your inventory sheet will also have all cooking instructions as well as serving suggestions.
When you have completed your dishes, a staff member will check you out, making sure that you have received all the items on your inventory list. You will also have the opportunity to register for one of next month’s sessions.
We provide everything you’ll need to assemble your dishes. You just need to bring a cooler to carry your dishes home. If you have a cooler with wheels – bring it! We recommend that you take your dishes directly home, and once home that you keep 2 or 3 dishes in the refrigerator to eat the first week. The rest should be placed in the freezer.
Keep your inventory sheet near your fridge, so you’ll always know what’s in the freezer. At the beginning of each week check your inventory, pull out a few dishes to defrost, and they will be ready to cook when you are.
